In the framework of the expansion and modernisation programme of its owned fleet, as anticipated in the last months, the Grimaldi Group has signed yesterday an agreement for the construction of six ro/ro vessels, for a total investment worth over USD 400 million.

Today, 16 October 2020, Jinling Shipyard has handed over the 67,311gt ECO VALENCIA to Grimaldi Lines. The 238m long and 34m short-sea ro-ro vessel is the first in a series of 12 highly innovative GG5G Class ro-ro vessels developed by Grimaldi Group in close cooperation with Danish consultant naval architects Knud E. Hansen.
